from SC,US.

I'm 35 years old, from South Carolina, USA.
I am recently divorced and remarried to a wonderful woman who has decided to back me up in all of my decisions no matter what they are . I know that this is a dream come true for all men ..I just happen to get lucky enough to find this person.I have a little girl who I have raised from the time she was 3 days old and when she was 6 months I met this woman ...she has helped and encouraged me in raising my daughter. Her mother was in prison when I got custody. After raising her for 6 months couldn't bare the thought of her being out of my life ..So I decided to go for primary permanent placement of my daughter . To no avail ,Her mother never came to one of the court hearings and never put up a fight. Now that all is said and done this woman is trying to take back what she believes is hers when she can't even pay her child support, and as divorced fathers we know about that .we pay and the women lead us by the nose .I have told this woman repeatedly that she can come and see her daughter when ever she wants ..she has liberal visitation ...but she won't use it...she says that it's all my fault, but its not ...when our daughter needed diapers and formula ..where was she and her so called friends ...NO WHERE...this is a rebutal to all those "so called people" who say you're a good parent ...Fathers have just as much a right to raise our children as women do. Some of us can do just as good a job. Thank you for reading this. I hope that I give some divorced fathers hope and solice in knowing that one of us finally won....

My children
I have 3 beautiful children. Two of them live with my ex wife. My oldest is my son, he is almost 8 years old now and I don't get to see him very often he is very inteligent and loves to play. He has a great imagination.he also like to build things and loves me very much. I just wish that I got to see him more but living 1000 miles away makes it hard.
Now to my oldest daughter, she is alot like her mom she is stubborn and loving all at the same time. She likes the big comfy couch and Barney and TeleTubies. She is growing up with out me and it hurts some days. When I do get to see her she clings to me like she doesn't want me to go, but I have to. She brightens my world with her smile and her words of I love you Daddy. Some day she and I will get to spend some quality time together so she can really find out what her dad is about.
Now last but not least we have my Angel ...She is almost 2 years old. She is the one I have custody of. She came into my life when all was bleak, she made me want to live again. Not only do I teach her but she teaches me. Because of her I have become a better father and parent. I can't wait to get home from work just to play for a little while ...and she makes my life whole ..her smile has brought joy and happiness to alot of people. Sometimes I think she has more friends than I do but thats ok ...She is a very special little girl. Her mom has made no atempts to see her I hope that she will someday so she can see what a beautiful little girl we have.
